Welcome to Square One Brewhaus! SOB is a small little brewery in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago, IL.
We brew all kinds of beers but there’s a special place in our boiling pot for hoppier styles and chili beers. We've only been at it since late 2010 but in that brief time, we've come along nicely - growing at an ever-so-slow pace. We even managed to place in Chicago's 2012 Winter Brew Competition.
