Not all homes follow gravity. This contemporary bluffside stunner flips the script—pool and play above, family retreat in the middle, and everyday living grounded at the shoreline.
We partnered with the architect and builder early to create an invisible infrastructure of audio, video, lighting, shading, and climate control—threaded seamlessly through poured concrete, glass, and steel.
From sunrise coffee on the sand to sunset cannonballs up top, every zone works in harmony. No racks in view. No wall clutter. Just pure flow.
