The Rise Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)(3) status designed to provide Resourceful , Informative, Services to Educate and Empower (RISE) youth of single parent households on the college transition. Transitioning from high school into an institution of higher learning, by offering weekly/bi-weekly workshops and financial assistance.
