Our InAWE Business Resource Group closed out with a Lunch & Learn featuring Commissioner Rachel Arfa of the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD).

Together, we're exploring practical strategies to create more accessible, inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for people with disabilities at Ferrara and across Chicagoland.

Giving back is one of the sweetest ways we come together.

During Ferrara's 5th annual Day of Service, teams across our locations volunteered with more than 30 organizations. Here in Chicagoland, we spent the day crafting pet enrichment items for the Anti-Cruelty Society, picking up litter with Trash People, gardening with Southside Blooms, packing meals with Greater Chicago Food Depository, helping students write their resumes with Lumity, and so much more!

We're proud of our for helping strengthen the communities where we live and work. Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and made this year's Day of Service a success!

On National Sour Candy Day, we're celebrating the tangy treats that make you pucker. From gummies to ropes and everything in between, Ferrara crafts your sour favorites in all shapes and sizes.

We kicked off Disability Pride Month with a team mixer to celebrate the contributions, perspectives and experiences of the disabled community.

Hosted by our InAWE Business Resource Group, team members enjoyed an interactive herb-bundling activity using produce from our community partner, Urban Autism Solutions. Our employees learned more about disability pride while supporting UAS's work in empowering adults with autism and related disabilities through employment, education and community engagement.
