I truly believe that everyone should be able to taste and enjoy the traditional flavors of our culture. I made tofu pasteles and I recently had a request for straight veggies. So I had to oblige! I have done veggie pastelillos and vegan pastelón so why not put all those flavors into a pastel. 😋 It is filled with zucchini, black beans, onions, peppers, roasted tomatoes, garbanzos, olives, and red peppers 🥰 *t
