Danielle’s Portrait from Ever After! I loved the “Da Vinci” portrait in this movie and wanted to do my own version. I thought it’d be fun if a little more Drew came through. The style was a fun challenge and it makes me want to play more with textures in the future. 🏰

C2E2 in Chicago begins tomorrow and goes through Sunday afternoon! I’ll be at table Y-15 in Artist Ally with LOTS of goodies so come say hi! 💜

I wanted to give my old Ever After piece a little makeover. Love this movie so much! I also always loved the shimmery makeup she wore to the ball and the little rhinestones so I added those in. 💛

My flight home was cancelled due to weather SO we’re doing a pop-up signing in Epcot today at 1:30pm! I’ll be posting about exact location in the park and any other important details in my stories! 💛🎨

“Beyond The Palace Walls” 🐅 For Jasmine’s epilogue, I wanted to see her as free as possible. Her hair is loose and flowing as she no longer feels confined to her gilded cage. She always longed to go behind the palace walls and is now finally able to fly amongst the doves she had set free at the beginning of her story. She has come into her power and gained a new level of independence. That is what I most wanted to convey. Swipe to see the costume breakdown, inspirations, and availability/signing information! “I Wonder” 👑 For Aurora’s epilogue, I really tried to imagine what she may be up to after her story ended. I thought that growing up in nature and picking berries could have sparked a thirst for knowledge of botany. I figured that her resources were scarce in the cottage with the fairies, but now living in the palace, she has access to a full library. I loved the idea of her bringing several books into the forest she grew up in to identify the berries she had been picking all her life. They will have their large format debut this spring at Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival! 🎨💛

When I was making these pieces, I wanted them to look like paintings you could imagine seeing in a museum. So I put together this little “exhibit”! I’m so excited to share the COMPLETE collection with you! 😉😋 More info about availability coming very soon!

“Walkin’ Around On Those…” 🐠 For Ariel’s epilogue, I wanted to see her happily walking through the tide on the beach. Being in the sea no longer makes her sad because her relationship to it has changed. Getting to experience the water as her most authentic self has healed her relationship with her former home.
