Caché 310 is a whispered secret in plain sight. Its name is drawn from cacher, “to hide,” a quiet invitation to slip away from the ordinary.
Inspired by the red-lit hideaways that once glowed in the backstreets of 1920s Montmartre and Montparnasse, it captures the romance of an era when Hemingway, Picasso, and Fitzgerald ducked through unmarked doors into intimate rooms no bigger than a living room.
Those spaces were simple: low lights, brick walls, velvet banquettes, candlelit tables, the soft hum of conversation, the gentle clink of glasses. A century later, Caché 310 distills that spirit into something timeless yet unmistakably modern—a hidden, velvet-walled refuge designed for slow sipping, close conversation, and lingering glances.
It isn’t a French theme bar. It’s a bar with a French heartbeat: warm, seductive, quietly mysterious.
