I’m never so emotionally satisfied as when I’m in a room of women physicians growing, cheering, and leading each other to greatness.
I spoke about Doctors not needing permission—real or imagined— to pursue new ventures and innovations at any stage in our careers. We already have the education, training, and experience to shift and pivot as our lives and interests change. We cannot fail.
