To all our valued customers and friends: We would like to offer our sincerest thank you and deepest gratitude for all of your support since day one of opening Café Pachuca. Unfortunately our landlord has decided to not renew our lease due to their plan of using our space to build a gym. We will officially close on March 12th. We are extremely humbled that so many embraced our family-owned café and truly enjoyed our “one of a kind” pastes! We are currently in search of a new location. Once we find the perfect place, we will make an official announcement! Until then, we wish you all good health and happiness!

Thank you to our amazing customers for their 5 🌟 reviews! We are so grateful to be able to bring a piece of history to Chicago. Did you know that the Cornish “Pasty”originates from Cornwall, England? Yes! The pasty has been a documented part of the British diet since the 13th Century. The wives of Cornish miners would lovingly prepare these all-in-one meals to provide sustenance for their spouses. The crust served as a means of holding the pasty with dirty hands without contaminating the meal. So interesting! 🥟
