I get it, life is busy, especially with kids around. But that doesn't give us an excuse to eat like a teenager with an invincible metabolism. A balanced diet is key. Focus on whole foods, lean proteins, and plenty of fruits and veggies.
🏋️ **Exercise Smartly**
I'm not asking you to be a gym rat, but 20-30 minutes of targeted exercise a day can make a world of difference. As a busy dad myself, I've learned to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. Whether it's a quick workout during lunch breaks or a run in the park with the kids, every bit counts.
