If wings had a scouting report, would be a first-round pick.
I’ve eaten my way through every wing they make — many times over. This is a go-to spot for me, my family, and a solid chunk of my friends, so this opinion is built on real reps, not hype.
Today’s order: Taki Fuego & Classic Dry Rubs.
Taki Fuego — an elite idea executed perfectly. Dry rub wings coated in crushed Taki Fuego chips. Crazy flavor, real heat, and that signature Bricksworth crisp. These wings are so crispy they’re still crispy when I’m eating leftovers cold from the fridge at midnight… in my un**es. Science.
Classic Dry Rubs — multi-spice, perfectly seasoned, and again… elite crisp. Proof that fundamentals still win.
Their house blue cheese and ranch are absolutely top tier and complete the experience.
Zooming out, Bricksworth nails the classics (Buffalo, Honey Sriracha, Thai Peanut) and isn’t afraid to go bold with flavors like Cool Ranch Dorito and Chicken Parm. Easily some of my favorite wings in Minnesota.
If you claim wing connoisseur status and haven’t been here… that résumé needs revisiting.

These wings are flirting dangerously close to Buffalo Wing perfection.
First off: the sauce. Classic Buffalo, no gimmicks, no weird twists. Just the right amount of tang and fat, and — most importantly — heavy mopping. If you’re gonna sauce a wing, commit. Miller’s commits. Fully coated, glossy, unapologetic.
Heat level? Absolutely dialed. Enough to make my nose run just a little — which is the universal sign of a wing done right. Not pain-for-pain’s-sake hot, just that slow, honest burn that keeps you reaching for the next one.
Now the crispness… elite. Top-tier. These wings stayed crispy through all that sauce, which tells me they know exactly what they’re doing back there. No soggy sadness. Just crunch → sauce → joy.
And let’s talk blue cheese, because I take this personally. They don’t play games. You get a gravy boat full of chunky, house-made heaven. Thick, creamy, proper chunks — as it should be. None of that watery nonsense.
They also load you up with celery and carrots, which… yeah, they better at this level. It’s all part of the experience.
Price check: $22. Hefty. Among the most expensive wings you’ll find. But here’s the thing — these are worth every damn dollar. Ex*****on like this isn’t cheap, and it shows.
Final verdict:
If you love classic Buffalo wings done at an elite level — crispy, saucy, balanced heat, and blue cheese that actually respects the wing — Miller’s Pub is absolutely in the conversation. Incredibly good. Near-perfect. Would order again without hesitation.

FORK’D HOT WINGS 🔥🍗
Went with the Double Double — dipped, fried, then dipped and fried again (which, yes, immediately earned my respect).
Ex*****on-wise?
Crispy. Like proper crispy.
Now… here’s where the wing snob in me clears his throat:
For something labeled a hot wing, the heat and flavor were a little too polite. I was waiting for that punch — it never quite showed up. Not bad, just… tame.
That said, the concept is legit and I’m never mad at innovation when it’s done right.
Also, let’s talk about the blue cheese situation — absolutely elite portion. Generous, cold, and exactly how it should be. Ranch was there too, but let’s be honest… I didn’t touch it. Blue cheese or nothing over here.
Overall:
Crispy wings ✔️
Cool idea ✔️
Heat needs to step up ❌
Blue cheese abundance ✔️✔️✔️

If you know, you know — but if you don’t, it’s time you do.
🔥 The Cheeseburger — perfectly seared, stacked with thick-cut peppered bacon, a fried farm egg, Dijonnaise, and housemade pickles on that signature soft bun. Pure magic in every bite.
🍳 Crispy Fries — covered in mornay sauce and garlic aioli, topped with a fried farm egg that takes things from comfort to culinary perfection.
Wash it down with a hazy boi and call it a day well spent. 🍺

Scratched off pizza at off the bucket list today! People claim this is the best deep dish in Chicago and the menu claims it’s the best pizza in the universe! Either way it’s 100% amazing and hits like I expected too. The crust is super crunchy with burnt caramelized cheese. The toppings are delicious and fresh. 100% recommend for a kick ass pie! 🍕

The Fried Chicken Sandwich at Oak 19 inside the club house of is awesome and always my go to. This thing has an awesome buttermilk - soaked dredge. Piled with awesome tangy house pickle and has a thick dab of coyote sauce. Highly recommend.
