DOG-EAT-DOG. 2010
Its hard for me to have sympathy for animals when humans getting slaughtered everyday. When I'm close to a dog unleashed I square up, show no back. When world's priorities are fu**ed up you design Rules, which you put as close to Constitution as possible....apply-adjust-then reconstruct.

I was 6 when I knew I could sketch. I seen a t.v. guide with Bill Cosby on the cover and somthing told me to free-hand sketch it. The details and shades were realistic. Honestly, I thought I gave him a forehead that made him resemble O.J. Simpson....but at 6 everybody loved it. This is why you might catch me drawing live stills when people not aware. I do portraits for all occasions...Anniversaries, Valentine's Day, family trees, gift to elderly, etc.

"1871" (2012) This was inspired by the 1871 Chicago fire. I wanted to show the many shades of the 'second city' for a friend who just got home from the Marines. Copies of this skyline are available and an original piece can be duplicated with alterations upon request.

"SEPTEMBER FOREVER" (2010) A friend from New York who stayed downtown Chicago asked for a piece to remind him of home. I did this skyline in remembrance of what was. I etched the names of the victims of 9/11 in the twin spirals.

"SWIM RESPONSIBLY" (2011) This is hung at L26, restaurant on the first floor of South Loop Hotel (State & 26th St.) The owner wanted a piece that flows with the interior design. I wanted to make a piece to encourage bar sales. What you see is three seperate couples enjoying a swim in their spirit of choice for the night.

Spray paint and oil paint on two sewn sheets
