🩺 Sick Season Reminder 🩺

As we are in the middle of cold & flu season, I just want to give a little heads-up. With myself, my husband and four kids in the mix, there’s always the possibility that illness may pop up unexpectedly.

If I ever need to reschedule an appointment due to sickness, I truly appreciate your patience and grace. Your time is incredibly valuable to me, and I never make changes lightly — but health and safety always come first for everyone.

I want to take a moment to share some important information about my process and the steps I take to ensure every client feels comfortable and confident in their brows. 💕

🔹 Mapping First, Always
Before I begin any procedure, I carefully map out your brows with precision. This mapping is always reviewed and approved by you before any work is done, so you feel good about placement and symmetry from the start.

🔹 Understanding Removal vs. Color
If you’ve noticed pink tones after removal—it’s not from my work. That coloring is a completely normal part of the removal process. In some cases, removal is the best option to protect the integrity of your skin and avoid layering brows in a way that could cause an unnatural look (like having “two tails”). It also gives you a clean canvas for the future.

🔹 Fairness, Integrity & Client Relationships
I take fairness and integrity very seriously in my work. While my services are typically non-refundable, I always aim to do what’s fair and support my clients in achieving the best results. I also value a strong artist-client relationship. If I feel that continuing a service isn’t the right fit for you, I will communicate that openly. In those cases, work will not continue, and refunds are not issued—this ensures both honesty and the integrity of the results I provide.
