Our client recently purchased a beautiful new build, but it lacked character and style. We worked with her to come up with a design with renderings to ensure it was exactly what she wanted for her living room. (We will post more on design consults/renderings later)

White shaker cabinets, granite countertops, marbled backsplash with under cabinet lighting. We also extended the island for more prep space!

Functionality & purpose are two key factors when redesigning a space. In this bathroom, the linen closet was narrow and limited. We removed the door, and installed custom floating shelves to allow for better storage and organization.

We also incorporated an access panel at the bottom for plumbing accessibility.

When an unknown leaking waste pipe has caused damage for years.. this kitchen was in need of a renovation.

We removed and replaced all plaster walls, subfloor and replaced a few rotted floor joists.

While these unfortunate circumstances happen, we are pleased our clients trusted us with this project and are happy with the outcome.

When we have the opportunity to fully remove and rebuild a deck that was unsafe and build it back up to code, we take that opportunity! This 12 x 14 pressure-treated deck was in need of some serious repair. We took the whole thing down, installed a proper beam to support the 8 foot tall platform to provide security and safety. There were many things that were not up to par with our standards, so we took the initiative to reframe the whole thing to be ADA compliant and code compliant - starting with a true 36 inch wide catwalk to an extra wide staircase with multiple support posts to provide strength to the newly framed staircase.
