Happy "Will the real one of you please stand up" Wednesday!
I injured my back a week and a half ago, and let me tell you… your girl was struggling. 😩 But the doctor told me to stretch and breathe. Simple, right? But powerful.
Every day I took 10-15 minutes to just stretch and breathe. And guess what? My back is feeling SO much better.
Sometimes we forget how important it is to just slow down, breathe deep, and give our body what it needs. Stretching isn’t just for gym warm-ups – it’s for life. It keeps your muscles long, your body mobile, and your mind calm.
✨ So today’s reminder: Take a few minutes to stretch. Roll your shoulders, reach for your toes, open up your hips. Breathe into it. Your body will thank you.
It’s Monday, I’m focused, powerful, and hotter than my last hot flash. Mood: unstoppable, unbothered, and too fabulous to fold. Nothing stands between me and my purpose. I run this week!
