During this year's National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, JRC had the honor of recognizing a Dedicated Professional Driver of the Year and a One Way Professional Driver of the Year for 2024.

The Driver of the Year Award honors leaders in our fleets for their commitment to safety, performance, and professionalism and we are so proud to name Jim F. and Mike C. as this year's honorees.

Traffic Safety Awareness covers safety for pedestrians, drivers, and passengers. Per the World Health Organization, every year more than one million people become victims of avoidable fatal accidents. The organization also reports 20-50 million people are injured in traffic-related accidents.

Whether you are a driver, pedestrian, or passenger, you are using the road in some capacity. By being a cautious and alert driver, you are not only protecting yourself but others around you. So let us all do our part to be safe, follow safety guidelines and also create awareness about traffic safety!

JRC would like to give a shoutout to the following JRC employees as JRC's One Way Driver of the Month and Dedicated Driver of the Month.

(Left) JRC's Dedicated Driver of the Month Recipient, Glen S., is a hard worker who cares about his customers. He is proactive in suggesting recommendations and ways to make the job more successful and efficient. Demonstrating commitment, customer service and reliability, he has covered both shifts for many months without hesitation.

(Right) JRC's One Way Driver of the Month Recipient, Randall H., has been recognized for his exceptional dedication and outstanding performance. Throughout July, Randall has demonstrated remarkable punctuality, maintaining a perfect on-time delivery record. His commitment to safety is evident in his flawless driving record, with zero incidents or violations. Randall’s professionalism and courteous demeanor have earned him high praise from both customers and colleagues, making him a standout JRC member.

Here at JRC, we are eagerly off to a Monday morning start ready to manage your moves, whether local, regional, or over-the-road. JRC can handle it.
