🔥 BEHIND THE WOK — THAI STREET NOODLES 🍜🇹🇭
Today, we’re taking you behind the wok at Thai Riverside with one of our longtime favorites — Thai Street Noodles!
A simple-looking dish… but the secret is all in the WOK. 🔥
We cook the noodles over high heat, tossing them in a blazing-hot wok until they pick up that beautiful wok aroma. Then comes our special homemade brown sauce, a touch of black pepper, fresh cabbage, egg, and your choice of protein — all tossed together until every noodle is coated with flavor. 😋
The result? Savory, slightly sweet, aromatic, and full of that unmistakable wok-fired flavor. 🔥🍜
And this dish is extra special to our chef. ❤️
It’s inspired by a childhood favorite — the kind of simple, comforting noodles that Ah-Gong & Ah-Ma (Grandpa & Grandma) used to make. Some flavors just stay with you forever. 🇹🇭❤️
