Someone got some new cushions!
This is the result of cheap poly thread used as a standard by the manufacturer. The sun degrades it and the panels basically just fall apart, we get tons of these for restitching. We use PTFE thread with a lifetime warranty, If our stitching ever fails we fix it for free
This is the extremely tough polycarbonate we use to replace acrylic windows.
This is why we don't use acrylic and when we do come across it we replace it with polycarbonate
