We are so excited and thankful to be growing in the Aquatree Garden Pod. Every detail has been designed to allow for maximum growth, maximum efficiency and ease of use for our employees. Check out www.aquatreepod.com to learn more about what we are doing in the Pod and how it works.
Our employees have been busy gaining exposure in the Pod helping to grow microgreens, herbs and lettuce for our customers. They will be doing even more work in the Pods in the near future as we expand.
Spreading JOY through new adventures and learning.
Such a fun week on the farm. Lots going on, but highlights of the week:
Harvest day is always the best.

We try to maximize our space in our greenhouse. We experimented successfully last year with growing cauliflower in our grow towers (96 plants is a roughly 2x2' space), we are doing it again this year. So far, they look even more amazing than last year. In about 60 to 75 days, we will have cauliflower that will be the size of our heads.
Growing JOY and spreading JOY is what we are all about. Fresh, healthy food equals the good stuff.

It's a very special day today for one of our employees. Grant has a birthday today (and his twin brother) so we got to celebrate a little early with him on Monday with singing and some cupcakes.
Happy Birthday Grant (and Joseph). Thank you for working so hard and being an amazing asset to the farm. You make the farm a better and more enjoyable place to be. Celebrate big and keep spreading JOY!!!!

So excited to be apart of this class this semester. Excited to see what they create. So much fun having these amazing students at the farm today.
Part of our upgrade on the farm included moving our Vego Garden self watering beds inside the greenhouse. These growbeds will be used year round and have already been planted with carrots, radishes, beets and onions. We will finish building out this part of the farm in the near future to offer more produce varieties. We continue to utilize our space more efficiently so our employees can continue to learn new skills.
Busy week, but we are continuing to spread JOY!
