📬 Postcards sending off the last official weekend of summer, signed with love from Overabove. Toes in sand, sunsets chased, mountaintops hiked. You were good to us but come Monday morning we’ll be opening our laptops happily, pumpkin spice in hand.

One of our talented designers, Sue, leads us Overabovers every Thursday morning for 15 minutes of pause.

No pressure. No expectations. Just space to breathe and be present before the day begins.

She has practiced meditation and yoga for over 15 years. That calm energy flows through everything she does, from guiding us in meditation to the care and focus she brings to her design work every day.

We are realizing more and more how wellness shapes the way we show up for our work and for each other.

Taking care of ourselves is not extra. It is the foundation.
