A full stomach isn’t a small thing. 💙

It is a child raising their hand in class for the first time. A mother watching her son run to school instead of sitting, too weak to move. A little girl finally having the energy to just be a kid.

We don’t think about food as the foundation of a future. But for millions of children living in poverty, it is exactly that.

THIS SUNDAY:
Come in for Coffee and Commune starting at 10am in the Social Hall. It is a time for prayer, fellowship, devotions, and coffee, juice, water, and other items for your tastebuds.
Then stay for our wonderful worship time at 11am in the sanctuary. Come and see 🌻🌄

Ponder this glorious truth: I am alive within you! Just as sap flows from a vine through its branches, so My Life flows through you. I am infinite and perfect, yet I choose to live inside you.

"I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing." —John 15:5

One plants, one waters, God gives the increase! 🌱

Today amd always, may we remember their sacrifice with our gratitude 🙏

How easily we have forgotten Jesus' words. He has given us all the instructions we need to have joy in life. He has commanded us to love one another as he loved us. And there is no greater love than for a man to lay down his life for his friends.

"I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command."
John 15: 11-13

Thankful. Grateful. Blessed.

The old hymns will forever be part of my growing up experience. Even now, hearing them resonate through the congregation brings warmth to my heart and soul, as we worship Jesus together and praise him for his blood. Nothing else can wash away our sin. Amen and Amen!
