I LOVE MY JOB BECAUSE ….

Maddie says:

“I love my job for a lot of reasons, and it’s hard to narrow them down for this post so it’s not crazy long 😂 but I’ll start with this; my bosses. Lisa-Marie, Caitlin, and Keighley all make it so much easier to come into work everyday.

Having a good boss makes all the difference at work, and my bosses do such a great job at considering our feelings and making sure we’re all happy and comfortable in the workplace. The free coffee from the coffee truck is awesome enough (thanks Lisa-Marie!) but knowing that I’m going to clock in and have people that are excited to see me and work with me everyday makes so much more of a difference than anything. And that’s not just a boss thing, all of my coworkers are so easy to work with.

Everyone comes in ready for the day and ready to work together to get through it. Becka, Sydney, Evan, and Alexis have become my really close friends since I’ve started at Four Paws. It makes me so happy having such friendly faces around me everyday. While working with the silly puppies is fun, I’d say the thing I love most about my job is the enthusiasm and energy of everyone at Four Paws.”

I LOVE MY JOB BECAUSE….

We have had SO many sweet comments from clients in our recent post about why they love us (🥹🥹🥹) and we want to share why each of us loves our job and clients!

Caitlin’s first up! She says:

“There are so many reasons I love my job! The biggest reason though is that I am lucky enough to have a wonderful job with an amazing boss (❤️) and an amazing team. They offer me the flexibility to take care of my family without ever putting my job above them.

If you know me, you know how important my job is to me. I work hard, I almost never call out, and am always here for my team- BUT I know they’ve always got my back. If you have kids, you know how hard it is to balance sick appointments (we’ve been to walk-in at their doctors office many mornings over the last 9 years), school concerts, parent-teacher conferences, etc…. But because I have a great team who is ALWAYS here for me, I can always make it work. We’ve had weddings, family vacations, unexpected appointments… and always my team covers for me when needed. I feel so lucky for that because family is SO important to me! ❤️ I’m so thankful!”

Nala had her first day of daycare earlier this week and had a blast! ❤️🐾

We celebrate so many first days, but the last days are so hard on us ❤️

Aspen and her awesome family are moving! We’ll miss you guys!!
