Referral-driven firms can grow, but referrals alone are difficult to scale.

The opportunity is building a system that makes growth more consistent.

Array first became real as a name on a whiteboard.

A team in Kevin’s office. Sticky notes. Ideas added, narrowed, and removed until one name stayed.

Array.

At the time, it was just a name. Since then, it has grown into a company, a team, a system, and a brand that better reflects the firms we serve and the work we do.

A strong brand gives growth direction. It helps people understand what you stand for, what they can expect from you, and why your work is different before the first conversation begins.

For law firms, brand cannot sit apart from growth. It has to show up in how the firm is found, how trust is built, how intake responds, and how each opportunity moves toward a signed case.

The name on the board was the beginning.

The work since then has been making sure everything behind it is intentional.
