From May 1 through May 31, the JFK Library invites you to explore a special display from our curated book collection, featuring stories that honor the rich histories, diverse cultures, and lived experiences of AA‑NH/PI communities. From memoirs to fiction, there’s something to inspire every reader.

Mystery Date with a Book - Poetry Edition! In celebration of National Poetry Month, JFK Library has mystery poetry books for sale by the kiosk near Thomas Hammer.

This March, our display invites you to embark on a literary journey that pays homage to the enduring resilience, boundless creativity and unwavering strength of women who paved the way for future generations. Immerse yourself in the wisdom of the past, as we shine a light on the pages that reflect the remarkable tapestry of women’s contributions to our shared history. This week, EWU celebrates the career of nationally acclaimed author and Eastern grad Jess Walter. The JFK Library is joining in with a display about Jess Walter, his 2020 book The Cold Millions, and the contributions of Walter and other Eastern authors to the literature of the Inland Northwest. Check out out the display in the JFK Lobby, as well as a copy of The Cold Millions or another book by Jess Walter or the many other authors connected to EWU.
