The Glass Street Block Party, hosted annually by Glass Roots for the People, is a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity, and community in East Chattanooga.
Dedicated to uplifting local owned businesses, the event serves as a dynamic crossroads where commerce and community come together.
More than 75 local craft, food, and resource vendors line the historic Glass Street corridor, while live music fills the air from the main stage throughout the day. Designed for all ages, the family-friendly event features face painting, children’s art workshops, outdoor art galleries, yard games, bounce houses, and more. Guests can also enjoy some of the city’s favorite food trucks serving up local favorites.
The Glass Street Block Party is truly an event for the community, by the community.
