Boysenberry/Marionberry Golden Sour Solera is a blend of 3 Golden Sour Solera barrels containing 2 strains of local wild yeast isolated from fruit and wildflowers on my property, refermented on Boysenberries & Marionberries w/ a small amount of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla to enhance the barrel character, 6.5% ABV.

Our Barleywine Solera is a barrel aged blend of every barleywine we’ve ever produced dating back to 2013.

Back in 2018, we filled a whiskey barrel with 6 different years of our Barleywines, including a double-barreled portion of our 2014 Old Ale/English Barleywine blend aged in a Rémy Martin Cognac barrel.

This 2025 release is the first time we’ve pulled from this barrel in 3 years so the flavors are extremely concentrated. Serve lightly chilled (50-60°F) for full complexity, 16% ABV.

DF Nectar is an 8-year-old Sour Red Solera project barrel refermented on Black Mission Figs, Medjool Dates, Raisins, Black Currants, and a small amount of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla to enhance the barrel character, 9.2% ABV.
