Favored Girls

We just want to thank all the parents that showed up tonight!! God really showed out and we are so excited to welcome in so many new girls as well as our girls who have been with us the past 3 years. We absolutely can not wait to get started! 💕

In yesterday’s class we talked about the story of Jesus and Peter walking on water. As long as Peter kept his eyes on Jesus he was good. It was when he started focusing on the storm around him is when he started to sink but God!! In life there’s going to be trials and tribulations. People are going to talk about you, mistreat you but you can’t allow the distractions to deter you from the assignment God has on your life. Not to say it won’t be hard but with Jesus he won’t let you drown 🙌🏾.

Well that’s a wrap! Today was the last day of favored girls for the 2023-2024 school year. We’ve cried together, laughed and worshiped. We are so grateful that God blessed us to be apart of these young ladies lives. Thank you to the parents for your dedication to the program and making sure your kids were present. If you would like your daughter to be apart of the 2024-2025 school year, registration will open back up later in July!💕

Tonight we had the girls make “Favored Girl Scripture Jars.” We took popsicle sticks and wrote down emotions and life topics on one side. On the other side we put a Bible verse that relates. They can continue to add to the jar. We want our girls to know that when life starts life’n we can always go to the word of God to uplift and encourage us. 💕
