W**emaker Rob Sinskey's wife, Maria, is an acclaimed chef and cookbook author who leads a culinary program on the estate built to work alongside the w**e, not just beside it. Unlike a lot of Napa w**e, Robert Sinskey's bottles are fresh, restrained, and made to be enjoyed over a meal rather than on their own.

We took the same approach for this upcoming W**e Dinner. Our chefs tasted each w**e first and built this menu around them.

Our Chattanooga Wh***ey barrel pick is officially here! We knew for our first barrel pick we wanted to work with our amazing award-winning local distillery.

We are so grateful to Chef Trevor and the RT Lodge team for including us in the fifth year of The Gathering. It was a beautiful and inspiring weekend, and we enjoyed the moments we got to spend alongside with other chefs, hospitality professionals, industry partners and supporters. Thank you!

Olive Oil Tasting: This olive oil tasting will feature a new olive oil—Dr. EVO, from Puglia, Italy—which is brought to you by none other than our own Raven Humphrey along with business partners and producers Matteo and Mirko. Small bites will be provided from Calliope’s kitchen. $10 at the door.
