Mezze is a Levantine tradition featuring shared dishes for the table. Our Mezze Platter pays homage to the tradition, and is exclusive to our Sofra and Happy Hour menus. It includes a spread of dips, salads, olives, house pickles, and our pita that is baked to order.

We’re proud to welcome Jeremiah Vasterling back to Calliope’s kitchen this Thursday, April 16th.

Jeremiah is a Chattanooga native with deep roots in our local hospitality scene, including time spent here at Calliope. Jeremiah journeyed back to NYC a few years ago, where he is currently Executive Sous Chef at Papa San, a celebrated Peruvian concept in Hudson Yards.

We’re excited to welcome him back to Calliope for one special night.

Jeremiah will be introducing a focused menu of dishes that reflect his growth and travels, complementing our Modern Levantine menu with flavors and techniques from his time in NYC.

We hope you’ll join us in welcoming Jeremiah home.
