Rocco is a handsome, proven boy with a wonderful temperament and beautiful coat. He has produced beautiful puppies and would be an asset to the right breeding program.
Many people have asked why I am considering placing him, and the answer is simple: it is not due to anything he has done wrong. I originally acquired Rocco as part of a deal when I purchased Princess. Since then, one of my daughters has returned home, and with several other males already in my program, I simply have more boys than I need.
While Rocco is a proven stud, he would also make an absolutely wonderful companion. He is at a great age, settled into adulthood, and ready to enjoy life whether that's as a cherished family pet or as part of a small breeding program.
As difficult as these decisions can be, I believe every dog deserves the opportunity to be valued and have a purpose. Rather than keeping more males than I can reasonably utilize, I would love to see Rocco find the perfect home where he can continue to shine.

Born on 4/4/14, this special girl was named Four, inspired by the books and movies Divergent.
Years ago, she retired from our program and went home to her other mom. Today, at 12 years old, she's still living her happily-ever-after, surrounded by love.
Some dogs leave paw prints on your heart in a way that's impossible to explain. Four was one of those dogs. From her unique birthday to her special name, she's always been unforgettable.
As breeders, saying goodbye is never easy. But seeing a retired girl thriving more than a decade later reminds me what it's all about. The goal was never just raising puppies—it was making sure every dog had a lifetime of love.
Thank you to her mom for giving her the beautiful life she deserves.

Last week, Maggie and Kashmire × Knox baby Milan headed home together.
We hit a few bumps in the road getting them there, but it was worth it in the end. These two now get to begin their next chapter side by side, with a family of their own to love them.
It's always bittersweet saying goodbye, but knowing they have each other makes my heart happy.
