This past Sunday, we continued our Made for More series with the reminder that “Everybody Needs Somebody.”

Looking at Luke 5:17-26, we saw four determined friends carry a paralyzed man to Jesus—even cutting through a roof when the crowd blocked the door. Their example reminds us that we were not made to do life alone. God created us for real community: people who know us, love us, pray for us, challenge us, and help carry us when life gets heavy.

We also saw that Jesus cares about more than our most immediate needs. Before healing the man’s body, Jesus forgave his sins, showing that our deepest need is to be made right with God. Through Jesus, forgiveness, grace, and a restored relationship with God are available to every one of us.

We want to be the kind of church where nobody has to walk alone. That means making room in our lives for deeper relationships, allowing others to carry us when we need help, and being willing to carry someone else toward Jesus.

Whether it is a text, a meal, a prayer, an invitation to church, or simply showing up, let’s be people who say, “Come with me,” because everybody needs somebody.

Hey Meadow Spring!

This Sunday, we’ll continue our Made for More series with a message called “Everybody Needs Somebody.”

In a world where we can be surrounded by people and still feel unseen, God reminds us that we were never meant to do life alone. We need real community—people who know us, love us, pray for us, and walk with us through life.

We’ll look at the powerful story in Luke 5 of four friends who refused to give up on bringing their paralyzed friend to Jesus. When the door was blocked, they found another way. Their faith, persistence, and friendship remind us of the kind of people we all need in our lives—and the kind of friends God calls us to become.

Maybe you need someone to help carry you right now. Or maybe God is putting someone on your heart who needs encouragement, friendship, or an invitation to meet Jesus.

Join us Sunday at 10:00 AM as we discover how we can be a church where nobody has to walk alone.

On Tuesday night some ladies from Meadow Spring Church gathered for a special evening. Fourteen wonderful women gathered at Lakeside Farm and Flowers in Cologne to pick beautiful, farm-fresh flowers. 💐

After picking their blooms, they came together to create some truly amazing bouquets—and, of course, enjoyed plenty of laughter, friendship, and fellowship along the way!

Love is more than a feeling—it moves toward people.
