Our R&D team had a great time at last week's International Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Conference at Purdue University, and one of our own - airside test lab engineer Shane Scott - presented some fascinating findings from his work studying pressure drop in coils installed in an a-frame or v-bank configuration. At SRC we pride ourselves on being leaders in thermodynamics research and performance modeling, and conferences like Purdue are a terrific opportunity for our talented engineers to showcase some of their work. Check out some photos from Shane's presentation and we'll see everyone in 2028!

Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Vanroy Zetz for the position of Sales Application Engineer at our Arizona operation!
Vanroy was born in Seattle, moved to Southern California shortly thereafter, then moved to the Philippines, where he lived from the age of six through high school. After graduating, Vanroy moved back to California to pursue higher education, graduating from UC Irvine with a BS in mechanical engineering in 2021.
Vanroy’s experience includes project management and mechanical engineering roles in the autoclave industry, where he honed his expertise in pressure vessel design and mechanical systems, among other areas.
When asked why he decided to join the SRC team, Vanroy said he was looking for an engineering role in the Phoenix area and felt the sales application engineer position seemed like a role for which he was a natural fit.
When he’s not at work, Vanroy – a former college golfer – enjoys playing golf, working on his 3D printers at home, and spending time with his wife and their two sons. Welcome to the team, Vanroy!
