Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Isaac Brist for the position of Software Developer at our Chaska, Minnesota facility!

A native Minnesotan, Isaac brings more than four years of software development experience to the Super Radiator team, specifically in a manufacturing environment.

Isaac said he joined SRC because he was looking for learning and growth opportunities as well as a team that he could fully engage and collaborate with, saying that SRC checked all those boxes.

When he’s not at work, Isaac and his partner have their hands full with their two children, but when he’s able, Isaac enjoys board games, cooking, video games, and taking walks with his partner and their dog. Welcome to the team, Isaac!

Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Neal Younce for the position of Vice President of Accounting to lead our company-wide accounting operations! She will be based in our Richmond, Virginia facility.

A native of Virginia, Neal brings nearly 15 years of accounting experience to SRC, having spent the last several years leading accounting operations at a food manufacturing facility, where she specialized in managing multi-site accounting activities, leading high-performance accounting teams, and designing financial strategies for sustainable growth aligned with operational goals.

Neal said she chose to join the SRC team for the opportunity to further her career growth and do so in the community she calls home at a company that felt like the right culture fit for her.

When she’s not at work Neal likes to spend time with her husband and their two children, enjoying activities like live music, spending time outdoors, and participating in community events. Welcome to the team, Neal!

Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Isabel Castillo for the role of Bilingual People Operations Specialist at our Chaska, Minnesota facility!

Originally from Mexico, Isabel has called Minnesota home for the past 24 years, working in HR and people operations for the last six.

When asked why she decided to join SRC, Isabel said the decision came down to company culture, noting that she was impressed with SRC’s commitment to its values during her interviewing process. She also said she was looking for a role where she’d be able to put her bilingual skills to work.

When she’s not at work, Isabel likes to spend time with family, making trips to Mexico whenever possible, and also enjoys cooking and baking. Welcome to the team, Isabel!

Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Shanaye La Beaud for the role of People Operations Coordinator at our Richmond, Virginia facility!

A native of Virginia Beach, Shanaye has spent the past five years of her career in human resources, specifically learning and development, recruitment, and leadership development.

Shanaye said she decided to join SRC because of the company’s focus on taking care of the people who come into its orbit, noting that she felt Super Radiator had a clear passion and commitment for treating its people well – both the men and women of the company's workforce and the customers that trust SRC with their business.

When she’s not at work, Shanaye enjoys volunteering at her church, dancing – especially salsa, line dancing, and Zumba – and singing. Welcome to the team, Shanaye!

Super Radiator Coils' Richmond, Virginia facility is the running for the title of "Coolest Thing Made in Virginia" in this year's Virginia Manufacturing Cup! The products we're featuring this year are the heat exchangers we make to improve turbine fuel efficiency at natural gas power plants. These large coils bring the air entering the turbine to the ideal temperature, which allows the turbine to use less energy by not performing that conditioning itself. We also make heating coils for turbine applications that work to prevent frost from building up near the turbine's inlet air filter and eliminate the efficiency loss that such buildup could cause.

The coils we make for these applications help reduce energy costs for consumers and keep critical power generation infrastructure up and running. Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Archie Archuleta for the role of Software Developer at our Chaska, Minnesota facility!

Originally from Seattle, Archie spent time in the military prior to joining SRC, bouncing around between several states before moving to Minnesota in 2022 to be closer to family.

Archie brings five years of software development experience to the Super Radiator team, specifically in the areas of front-end development and mobile applications.

She said her decision to join SRC came down to the company culture and said she found the company’s family ownership structure and growth trajectory appealing.

When she’s not at work, Archie likes to spend time with her husband and their dogs as well as sharpening her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills. Welcome to the team, Archie!

Sandy Schooley began her career at SRC immediately after graduating high school in 1984.
