First Church
Imagine a diverse assortment of surrendered and transformed people; gripped by the idea that this is not about them, but all about Him!
We are apostolic in name and in doctrine, as identified in the Word of God. It is what we believe and it is who we are. We believe that Jesus is the only name where salvation can be found. We strive to be like Jesus in every aspect of our personal lives, and in our spheres of influence.
Do you ever feel guilty for not loving God enough, praying enough, or sharing your faith enough? What happens when we know what we should feel, but our hearts haven’t caught up? Join us tonight for “From Guilt to Gratitude” as our Lifestyle Evangelism series continues. We’ll explore how giving God our attention can deepen our experience of His goodness—and awaken the love, gratitude, and desire to share that pressure alone can never produce.
Does sharing your faith feel like trying to become someone you’re not? What if your personality, your story, and your everyday relationships hold possibilities you haven’t recognized? Join us for our new Bible study series as we explore how to share Jesus with sincerity, kindness, and patience. Discover your own voice—and how an ordinary conversation can become an invitation to “magnify the Lord with me.”
Prophecy attracts bold claims—but confidence is not evidence. How do we know whether an interpretation is faithful to Scripture or simply persuasive, frightening, or new? This week we’ll look at how to test prophetic interpretation by context, Scripture, genre, history, humility, and fruit—so we can hold fast to what is true without being carried away by speculation.

Whatever you’re facing, hold to God’s unchanging hand. 🙌
See you on Sunday at 10 AM
What if Revelation is not primarily a puzzle to solve, but a truth to keep? How do we read beasts, Babylon, the mark, Antichrist, the rapture, and the return of Christ without forcing the book into our own fears? This week we’ll look at how Revelation is actually organized, how its symbols work, and what it means to read the prophecy faithfully.
What does it mean to truly “keep” a prophetic word? Is it enough to understand the symbols, agree with the message, or believe the ending—or does prophecy only become ours when it changes how we live? In this final lesson, we’ll look at what Scripture means by keeping the Word: guarding it, obeying it, holding fast under pressure, and living now in light of what God has revealed.

Because church isn’t just for grown-ups! 💚
What does the prophet see that everyone else misses? Isaiah saw a throne when a nation saw crisis. Amos saw people being crushed beneath prosperity and worship. Jeremiah saw consequences forming long before anyone else believed judgment was coming. This week we ask what prophetic perception really is—and whether we have learned to look at the world without truly seeing it.
