Your morning routine could be affecting your enamel
-and it’s all about timing.☕️

Acidic foods and drinks like coffee, citrus, juice, and soda can temporarily soften the surface of your enamel. Brushing immediately afterward may add wear while your enamel is more vulnerable.
The issue isn’t whether your drink is hot-it’s the acid.

After enjoying something acidic:
1️⃣Rinse your mouth with water.
2️⃣Give your saliva about 60 minutes to naturally wash away the acids and help your enamel reharden.
3️⃣Then brush gently with a sott-bristled
toothbrush.
