Weekend Recap! 🤪
Saturday we spent the morning with breaking down proper warm-ups and running mechanics to help runners move more efficiently, reduce pain, and actually enjoy their miles a little more. 🏃♂️ We love the OTF crew and they are always ready to get better!
Sunday we were out at for their ‘Unwind and Align’ Wellness Expo. There was great weather, an intense workout, and the chance to connect with so many awesome members of their community.
We are grateful for these opportunities to move, teach, and meet amazing people along the way. Looking forward to more weekends like this. 💪🌞
