MyPay, an innovative payment solutions provider, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
20-25 hours per week with the potential for a full-time position. This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity with periodic in-person client visits in the Charleston, SC metro area.
Focused Responsibilities:
- Support admin needs of Executive
- Manage existing and new client requests
- Create/solve client support tickets
- Manage workflows
- Input new agreements/data entry
- Wide range of admin responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while supporting our clients.
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer/tech-savvy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Word/Excel basic knowledge
- Oral/Written communication skills
- Customer service
- Professionalism
- Previous administrative experience preferred
Job Benefits:
