How to make:

3/4c almond flour
1/2c cottage cheese
1/4c pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1T unsalted melted butter
2T sweetener
1t pumpkin spice
1t vanilla extract
1t baking powder

Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Cook each pancake for a few minutes on each side. Enjoy!

Stuffed crust buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. Recipe from Keto Snackz

Roll a cheese stick into each side of a low carb tortilla. Add cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and shredded cheese in the middle.
Bake @ 400F for 20 mins. Take it out & enjoy!

My lefotover vanilla cheesecake that I made for keto brownie cheesecake last night. The pan that I used was just a little too small for the batch and I had to bake this in another pan. I top it with my blueberry jam which I thought was perfect. I didn’t like it too sweet and I made my cheesecake not that sweet either so the jam really adds more flavor to it.

Most people think that losing weight is hard and requires a lot of time in the gym. What if I tell you that it’s not just about how hard you workout in the gym? It’s about your dedication, your self- discipline, and your commitment to your goals of getting a healthier diet.

The food that you put into your body plays a vital role in helping you achieve your goals. For many it is hard but, I will tell you it’s not impossible to do it. Think of it as your life depends on it, that a doctor’s visit would cost you more and or suffer from a disease that you could totally avoid.

Our food choices reflects on our health. When you consume junk/processed foods most of the time, you could end up with diabetes, cancer, and other digestive or inflammatory issues.

I think I found a way to make my own and it was scrumptious. I pair it with steamed cauliflower rice and drizzle some homemade spicy soy sauce mixture because my household is a fan of spicy stuff.
