If you’ve worked alongside Jacob, you know two things for sure: he’s going to call you a "champion," and his attention to detail on every job is spot on. Jacob is the rare kind of technician who steps up with a genuine smile for literally any task thrown his way, bringing a standard of dedication and thoroughness that sets the bar high for all of us.

Rich first came to know DRCE when his wife became a client, and after serving 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, he officially joined our team in August 2022. As our Auto Adaptive Equipment Sales Manager, Rich goes above and beyond to provide accurate estimates, coordinate service schedules, and guide our clients every step of the way with total excellence.

When he is not helping clients access life-changing adaptive equipment, you can find him spending time with family, fishing, cheering on the Giants, or losing golf balls on the course! We appreciate you so much, Rich, and look forward to many more great years ahead!

This client was told the modification he needed couldn't be done. We weren't ready to accept that answer. After serving our country in the Marines and protecting his community as a police officer, he deserved a solution that worked for him.
