Yesterday EveryMom Fitness welcomed Nisha Patel, NP, of AUM Functional Health to speak to members about women’s hormone health.

EveryMom Fitness instructors realize being fit is about more than exercise alone. They often invite local advocates for women’s health, nutrition and physical therapy to speak to the moms, as well as meet up at local restaurants for lunch or happy hour. EveryMom knows physical, mental AND social health make for a happy Mom. And when Mom’s happy, everyone’s happy!

We are open on Memorial Day with some schedule adjustments.

For the 8th year in a row we are hosting the Murph Challenge on Memorial Day.

The Murph is a CrossFit-based workout in memory and honor of Navy Seal Lt Michael Murphy who was killed in action in 2005.

- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 squats
- 1 mile run

We will continue to support The Ben Hines Memorial Foundation through shirt sales and by collecting cash or check donations at The Fieldhouse. Staff Sergeant Hines was killed in action in 2019 leaving behind his family and friends.
