For a luxury brand, every customer interaction has to feel personal. But for one of the world's most valuable luxury names operating in 50+ countries and over 460 stores, that ambition was hitting a technical wall. Salesforce Marketing Cloud didn't natively support the advanced features of LINE, the messaging platform that their high-value customers in Asia preferred.

Without Flex Messages and Rich Menus, every LINE campaign had to be stripped down to something far less than the brand expected, with no reliable way to track how customers engaged with it.

We built a cloud-hosted, white-labeled application that bridged the two systems. Marketing teams could now design visually rich, interactive LINE campaigns using an intuitive builder, deliver them via Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Journey Builder, and track performance at the individual-user level.

The result was a 55% projected lift in sales conversions and a 40% improvement in marketing ROI, with campaigns that finally matched the standards of the brand itself.
