On October 7, I arrived in Wichita, Kansas, to honor Deputy Sidnee Taylor Carter on the fourth anniversary of her end of watch. Before presenting her memorial plaque, I shared why this trip matters—to remind her family and the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office that her sacrifice and legacy will never be forgotten. 💙🇺🇸

Support Our Shields honors Sergeant Michael Krucenski of the Goliad County Sheriff's Office in Texas, who tragically passed away on October 5, 2026.
Sergeant Krucenski dedicated his life to serving and protecting others, including his work as a School Resource Officer, where his presence and commitment had a direct impact on students, families, and the community he served.
Please keep his family, loved ones, fellow deputies, students, school staff, and the entire Goliad County Sheriff’s Office in your prayers during this heartbreaking time.
