What’s one thing you're still doing that someone else could own?

“Nobody can do it as good as me.”

Yep. We’ve all said it.

And honestly? Sometimes it’s true.
You probably can do the job faster.
You probably can do it better.
And you probably can fix the problem yourself.
But that doesn’t mean you should.

Because when every decision, customer, estimate, problem, and process depends on you, your business has a ceiling:

Your time.

Real growth means building systems and people that can carry the business with you—not making yourself more indispensable.

Try this:
Track your time for one week.
Find 3 things you keep doing that someone else could eventually own.

Then:
Delegate one.
Document one.
Automate one.

Because the goal isn't to build a business that needs you more.

It's to build one that's strong enough to grow beyond you.

Tag a business owner who needs this reminder.

Your business doesn't need you doing everything.

And honestly? Some of the stuff you're doing probably shouldn't be getting done at all.

Every owner has those recurring tasks that somehow became “my job” just because nobody ever stopped to ask whether they still needed to be.

So here's your challenge:

Take 5 things you do every week and ask:
Can someone else do this?

→ Delegate it.
Can a system do this?

→ Automate it.
Does this even need to happen?

→ Eliminate it.
Because getting your time back isn't always about working faster.

Sometimes it's about realizing you don't need to keep doing the thing.
