You will be guided through breathe exercises and gentle movement along the way to deep relaxation. Where harmonious tones and good vibrations help to heal and reset and balance the nervous system. Leading to better focus, sleep and healing.

Grab your friend, partner, auntie, cousin, or coworker to come with you! Then grab your yoga mat, a pillow and blanket to use during the session for maximum comfort.

We have exciting news! Health In Harmony is moving! We are immensely grateful for the community support for the past 17 years at Lincoln Square in Urbana, Illinois! It barely seems it has been that long. We want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting us, trying new treatments and continuing to use our services in your wellness journey.
We appreciate your continued support as we make some changes and move to another location in the CU area. 📍 We will now be located and taking appointments as of June 1, 2026 at Huntington Towers in Champaign, IL. At 201 W Springfield Ave. suite #503.
