Cheddar's was supposed to be a stop on the way to law school for Dru Donat. Instead, it became the start of her career. Since joining 's in Texas six years ago, Dru has grown from Team Member to Managing Partner. Today, you'll find her in Gainesville, FL leading one of our newest restaurants.
