Another way BrainWise is making a difference: Fifteen years ago, Shelia Nicholson, a dedicated Missouri school administrator, reached out to us with a vision to bring BrainWise to St. Louis elementary schools and youth programs. Despite facing numerous challenges like funding issues, faculty changes, and the pandemic, Shelia's passion never wavered. Even in retirement, she continues to seek opportunities to teach BrainWise to at-risk students.
