HBA Design Build is proud to announce that we have been selected to work on Prologis' Belt Line Corporate Center in Carrollton, Texas.

This exciting industrial development consists of two rear-load tilt-wall speculative industrial buildings totaling over 224K SF for interested Prologis customers.

In addition to the warehouse facilities, HBA will be delivering critical public infrastructure improvements to enhance traffic flow and accessibility for the development.

We are grateful to Prologis for the opportunity to serve as a trusted construction partner on this project and look forward to bringing another high-quality industrial development to life.

This project was all about creating a place for families, neighbors, and friends to relax, connect, and make memories all summer long. From the resort-style pool to the community gathering spaces, we’re proud to have helped bring this vision to life.

Sherman’s manufacturing momentum continues. We are excited to celebrate Lawrence Equipment breaking ground on a new corn mill production facility in Sherman. Last Friday, HBA Design Build was proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Kips Crossing in Celina, TX — an exciting mixed-use development designed to become a vibrant, walkable destination for the community.

This project represents more than growth — it represents intentional development focused on connectivity, quality of life, and creating spaces where people can live, work, gather, and thrive together for generations to come.

We are grateful for the support of Mayor Ryan Tubbs, City Council, city staff, community stakeholders, and the entire project team. A special thank you to SLX Development for trusting HBA to serve as the general contractor for this impactful project. We are honored to help bring this vision to life.

Progress is moving fast in Celina at Centra Plaza!

HBA Design Build is making strong headway on two new 10,000 SF retail buildings. Underground utilities are complete, subgrade prep is finished, and concrete piers have officially been drilled and poured.

Excited to see these projects continue taking shape as we move into the next phase of construction. Grateful for our team, trade partners, and clients helping bring this development to life in one of the fastest-growing communities in Texas!
