PROJECT AWARD | WILMER, TX

HBA has been selected by EQT Real Estate to complete a major interior construction project at Texport Logistics in Wilmer, Texas, supporting the operational needs of a leading global company.

The 826,620-square-foot facility will undergo extensive improvements, including office build-out, warehouse improvements, and significant electrical and power upgrades.

This is a substantial project with a demanding scope and schedule, requiring careful planning and coordination across multiple disciplines. Our team is already underway and looking forward to delivering another large-scale industrial project in the DFW market.

We appreciate EQT Real Estate’s trust in HBA and the opportunity to be part of this project.

To Build. To Serve.

Today, we celebrate the American worker—the hard work, skill, determination, and ingenuity that have helped build our communities, strengthen our economy, and move our country forward.

At HBA, that appreciation starts with our own team. Every project we deliver is the result of people who show up, work hard, solve problems, take pride in their craft, and serve our clients and communities well.

To our HBA employees: thank you for what you do every day and for the role each of you plays in building HBA. We are grateful for you and your families and hope you enjoy a well-earned Labor Day.
