Yesterday, at the 2024 Wisconsin Economic Development Association Best Practices Conference in Eau Claire, our team presented on our Alto Station project underway in Eau Claire, WI. The 88 residential units are part of the Eau Claire Transit Center, a unique public/private partnership. Attendees got to tour the Eau Claire Transit Center, along with the Alto Station project site!

We are hiring a full-time General Maintenance Worker for our North Side Yard Property! This role will perform general maintenance, unit turns, janitorial and grounds upkeep.
