We are in need of an immediate foster home for Lucky, a 2yo lab/ Rhodesian ridgeback, greyhound mix! To read his full story, go to www.aaha-rescue.org and click "adopt."

He was placed with a super adopter two weeks ago and doing fabulously, but due to restrictions in the apartment complex's policy and Lucky's past, they are not allowing him to live there. Lucky needs continued work with confidence building and is described as a "shy, gently soul." We have a trainer available to continue working with his foster person 1:1. He started to become very stressed at the kennel and we are trying not to place him back there.

She is children- and dog-friendly, and lived with her best buddy Karley. Both Kira and Karley are owner-surrender. Kira loves to play ball, or any other interactive activity. She has a lot of energy and would make a great hiking or jogging companion. She gets along with other dogs and kids and just wants to be loved. This gorgeous girl is waiting patiently for a new home.

After nice people saved my life, I have been staying at Tail Ends Kennel in Reisterstown, MD waiting for someone to make me their baby! Either foster or adoptive!

I am getting really stressed at the kennel with all the noise and all the other doggies barking all the time. My rescuers think the chaos of kennel life is effecting me!

I am a really nice dog that just needs a human to care about me. Can you be that human for me?"

Karli's Story...

Single white female searching for a loving home. I love to play with my toys and especially my big fur sister. We chase each other around and wrestle (don't tell anyone but I think sometimes she lets me win). My favorite toys are Nylabones and my oversized tennis ball. I love to be outside and like going on walks too. My foster mom says that I am a good walker because I don't pull and I ignore the other doggies on our walks. When I go on car rides I just sit calmly in the backseat and look out the window. I almost forgot to mention that I love meeting new people because they tell me how cute I am and pet me.
