When I talk to founders, I don’t lead with: "We use Smartlead, Apollo, and BounceBye with custom DNS configurations."

Instead, I say: "We’ll get you 8–12 qualified sales calls per month with decision-makers in your ICP."
That’s it.

Features are how you deliver.
Outcomes are what they buy.
Sell the destination, not the vehicle.

The Deliverability Tax
You cannot hack your way to the inbox.

I have seen people try many things:
Buying aged domains
Using sketchy warmup pools

Rotating IPs every week
Sending from free Gmail accounts

None of it works long term because Google and Microsoft are smarter than these shortcuts.
What actually works

Own your domains for 60 days before sending cold
Proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup with no shortcuts

Start at 20 sends per day and scale slowly
Keep bounce rate under 2%
Use Gmail and Outlook inboxes only

Deliverability is not attractive , but it is the difference between 40% open rates and landing in spam.

Pay the deliverability tax.

Why I Built Evaluake

Three years ago, I was a freelancer on Fiverr.
