We rescue, vet and find forever loving homes for animals in Central Illinois. We also help people that need to rehome their dogs or tame cats.

RUFF is a 501 C 3 not for profit group that is licensed with the Illinois Dept of Ag. We are a foster based rescue, which means our adoptables live in foster homes until they find their furever home.
