Summer is around the corner which means BBQ parties are being planned. Let me bring some of my amazing flavors to your table. This is the summer menu. I will be available on weekends only until July. When July rolls around I will be available for orders 7 days a week!! I am also available for any other occasion!!

Checking my emails the other day and saw this in my inbox!! The word is getting out and I am thrilled to be listed among many other amazing small businesses!! Another step closer to making this dream a reality!!

My co-workers will be happy to see me tomorrow when I walk in with this tray of banana chocolate chip bread!!

Hello to all my wonderful supporters. I will not be serving food this Christmas season. The family and I are taking a little holiday trip. Looking forward to serving you in the coming new year!! Thanks for all your support!!

Last day to get in those Thanksgiving orders will be 11/24/25. Don't wait til the last minute or you might just miss your spot on the books! Thank you to everyone who has supported Southern Rican thus far. Truly grateful for each and everyone of you!!

Taking orders for the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday!! The entire sweets menu will be available. Due to limited kitchen space for my savory items I will only be doing empanadas in orders of a dozen or more. Flavors choices (beef, chicken, cheese or veggie) and my red beans and rice. Will need a two week advance notice. For orders over $100 a deposit of half the payment will be required upon ordering. Any orders over $50 will also receive a free dessert item of choice.

Unfortunately, due to needing surgery on my back, I will not be able to make anything during the summer.
